Draft pending legal review.
Accessibility statement
[TITULAR] is committed to making abrelaweb.com accessible, in line with Spain’s Law 11/2023 and the European standard EN 301 549, which refers to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1.
1. Conformance status
This website is fully conformant with WCAG 2.1 level AA, based on the evaluation described below. It also meets success criterion 2.2.2 (Pause, Stop, Hide): all animations stop with the pause button in the header and do not play if your system asks for reduced motion.
2. Non-accessible content and known limitations
- Demo product page. The “Your product page, seen through other eyes” section and the sample report deliberately show a fictitious shop with contrast and labelling errors. They are illustrations: screen readers get each as a single image with a description, and their text is not part of the content.
- Form without JavaScript. If JavaScript is turned off, the browser requires the website address to start with
https://. With JavaScript on, it is also accepted without the prefix. - Legal texts in draft. The legal pages are awaiting legal review; their content may change, but not their accessible structure.
3. How it was evaluated
- Automated testing: axe-core 4.14 (WCAG 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 A and AA rules plus best practices) on every page in Spanish and English, run with Playwright in Chromium, including interactive states (self-test, demo modes, FAQ answers and form errors). Result: 0 violations.
- Keyboard testing: full pass, scripted with Playwright and checked by eye on light and dark sections, with Tab, Shift+Tab, Enter and Space: skip link, menu, language switch, pause button, form (including error messages), three-question test, demo modes, FAQ and footer. Focus is always visible, follows the visual order and is never trapped.
- Reflow and zoom: checked at 320 px wide and with text at 200%, with no horizontal scrolling or loss of content.
- Lighthouse (mobile): accessibility 100.
- Motion: checked with
prefers-reduced-motion: reduceand with the pause button.
Still to do: a manual test with screen readers (NVDA with Firefox and VoiceOver with Safari) before the next review.
