Privacy policy
This policy explains what we do with the data you give us in the free check form, in line with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD).

- Phone: [TELÉFONO]
2. What data we process
- Your website address.
- Your email address.
- The date you gave consent and the language of the page you submitted the form from.
- Your IP address, only temporarily to prevent abusive submissions. We do not store it with your data.
We do not ask for special category data. If the website belongs to another person or company, please make sure you are allowed to request the check.
3. What we use it for
- Checking the accessibility of the website you give us and emailing you the report.
- Following up on the report: answering your questions and, if you are interested, offering an audit or fixes. We will not phone you.
We do not make automated decisions that affect you or build profiles.
4. Legal basis
Your consent (article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to [EMAIL]. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. We use these providers, who act as processors under a contract that complies with article 28 GDPR:
- Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC (Google Workspace: spreadsheets, Apps Script and email), where the request is stored and from which the internal alert is sent.
- Vercel Inc., which hosts this website and processes the form submission.
Both may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. How long we keep it
Until you withdraw consent and, at most, 12 months from our last contact. If you hire a service, the data is then governed by the contract and kept for the applicable legal periods. [Retention period to be confirmed by the owner.]
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to [EMAIL] or by post to [DIRECCIÓN]. We will reply within one month.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es, C/ Jorge Juan 6, 28001 Madrid) or the supervisory authority where you live.
8. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to the request spreadsheet and verification of each submission with a shared key.
9. Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
This is a translation. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
